What if I am out of shape?  Will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! Your coach will push you to work as hard as you can, but you will always workout at your edge.  In each class you will be able to choose a low or high intensity drill or exercise.

I have an injury and can not perform certain exercises.  Can I still do the class?
Of course! Your coach will be able to modify any exercise to accommodate the injury.

What should I bring to class?
Be sure to bring water and a towel or yoga mat.

What should I wear to class?
Please wear what you are comfortable in that allows full movement.  A good supportive pair of running shoes.  Check out our links for local recommended stores.

What if it rains or snows?
We do not cancel class unless the weather is REALLY bad (ex. lightning).  In the event of that occurring, your coach will have a voice message on their cell phone with the status.

What is the format of each week?
Each day of the week will have a main focus.  
Mondays: Lower Body
Tuesdays: Upper Body
Wednesdays: Overall Body
Thursdays: Lower Body
Fridays: Upper Body

What exercises do we do during a class?
A sample day will include a warm up and depending on the days focus some form of the following:

  • Yoga
  • Running/Walking (grass, trails, hills, road)
  • Stair Climbing
  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • PushUps
  • Sprints
  • Medicine Ball exercises
  • Swiss Ball exercises
  • Dumbbell exercises (upper and lower body)
  • Abdominal exercises
